The location near to Times Square and subway made it easy to get around Manhattan either on foot or by subway to most of the attractions. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The staff provided excellent service and were attentive to any issues that arose. Plus, being right next to the theater we were going to was incredibly convenient.

The location is perfect, right off Times Square, making it easy to explore Manhattan on foot or by subway. The hotel facilities are clean and well-maintained, with a good-sized bathroom. It's right in the heart of all the hustle and bustle, great for theaters, shopping, and plenty of restaurants. Getting around the city is a breeze from this central location.
Could not be improved in any way, truly exceptional experience.
The hotel's location in the midst of the theater district and close to Times Square was perfect for exploring this vibrant city. I loved being able to walk to Hell's Kitchen for delicious and more affordable dining options. Additionally, the cleanliness of the room and the daily housekeeping were impressive. The hotel facilities were modern and the comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep. The staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early and store our bags after checkout.
